STRIDE Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a 35-year history of providing team-based health care to the Denver-Metro area.

From a single clinic in 1989, STRIDE has grown into a large, integrated health care delivery system serving 52,000 patients, annually, from 14 brick-and mortar clinics, including six school-based health centers and a versatile street medicine team.

    Please be aware walk-in services may take 2-3 hours during high volume days. Bring a phone, snack, OR you can check in and return to your visit later in the day.

    Services for STRIDE and Non-STRIDE Patients:

    • Sickness, cough, cold, fever, sore throat assessment

    • Medication refills 

    • Support for injuries including sprains, strains, cuts

    • STIs, pregnancy confirmation, and minor reproductive health intervention and support

    • Vaccines administration

    • Mental health support

    Services that are NOT available:

    • Physicals * Only available during special promoted events​

    • Employment Physicals or Back to Work Assessments

    • Stitches

    • IV administration/ Rehydration
