We believe in meeting our patients where they are, whether that's close to home or on the streets. We provide critical services to those in need, including basic healthcare, hygiene supplies, mental health resources, and more.
VACCINATION
We are dedicated to ensuring that all community members have access to the latest and most effective vaccines. We work closely with local and state health departments to stay on top of the latest recommendations and provide the highest level of care when funding allows.

We deliver health care to patients regardless of where they reside, taking many of the service available in
STRIDE's 13 clinics and bringing care directly to patients in need.
