STRIDE Clinical Services has experienced providers in Family Practice, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Midwifery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Specialized Primary Care (HIV Management, Homeless Services, Physical and Intellectual Disabilities, Seizure Disorders, Refugee Health, people desiring assistance with opioid addiction, and Gender affirming and LGBTQ+ care.). All STRIDE locations provide general primary care, physical examinations, well child visits, immunizations, chronic disease management, family planning, limited pharmacy and laboratory support, and referral to outside services.

The health of your mouth affects your whole body’s health. A healthy mouth equals a healthy body! STRIDE’s Oral Health Program provides preventative, restorative, and emergency services to patients of all ages. The Program can help you learn healthy habits for taking care of your family’s teeth.
Community Services provides the right “supportive touch” at the right time and place. From consultations, referrals, transitions of care, to community health programs, our team members meet individuals and families and support them in achieving optimal health outcomes.
STRIDE’s Pharmacy offers convenient and affordable prescriptions with courteous and caring pharmacy professions who answer drug therapy questions and work directly with health care providers as part of the patient’s health care team. Pharmacy staff is bilingual and translation services are also available. If you are a current patient, log in to your patient portal for online refills.

Do you have a sudden illness or injury and need to see a doctor immediately? Come visit a Convenient Care Clinic at STRIDE. We provide cold & flu treatments, including ear infections, treatment for cuts, bruises, sprains, & strains and prescriptions* can be filled at our onsite Pharmacy.
