INTEGRATED CARE
Beginning April 7, 2025 at the STRIDE Wheat Ridge Clinic, we will begin offering Whole Person Integrated Care. This will integrate medical, dental and behavioral health care into a single visit.
This care model will be additionally offered at Peoria and Del Mar beginning in July 2025.
A partir del 7 de abril de 2025, en la Clínica STRIDE Wheat Ridge, comenzaremos a ofrecer Atención Integral Integral. Esto integrará la atención médica, dental y de salud mental en una sola consulta. Este modelo de atención se ofrecerá también en Peoria y Del Mar a partir de julio de 2025.

OPEN ACCESS SCHEDULING
STRIDE is also utilizing Open Access Scheduling at all of it's clinics.
Patients will no longer be able to pre-schedule appointments 30 days prior.
Patients will be able to book up to two weeks out.
Patients are encouraged to come into the clinic and access same-day care.

STRIDE también utiliza el sistema de citas de acceso abierto en todas sus clínicas.
Los pacientes ya no podrán programar citas con 30 días de anticipación.
Podrán reservar citas con hasta dos semanas de anticipación. Se anima a los pacientes a acudir a la clínica y acceder a atención el mismo día.
